OVERKILL have debuted a brand NEW video for their hit single "Electric Rattlesnake" today. Directed by veteran Kevin J. Custer, the video is the first we've seen since the band released the "Bring Me The Night" video in 2010.
"Damn, this one BITES hard! Kevin Custer did it again! So plug us in yeah, set us free, this is a thrashing vid the way it’s supposed to be! Here we go kids ELECTRIC RATTLESNAKE!" says front man Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth.
The NEW OVERKILL record 'The Electric Age' has debuted on the BILLBOARD TOP 200 Chart at #73 with approximately 6,700 units sold. To compare, the band's last release 'Ironbound' sold roughly 4,500 copies first week and debuted at #192 making 'The Electric Age' the highest charting first week album since their 1994 record "W.F.O."
In support of 'The Electric Age', the band will head out on the "ELECTRIC AGE TOUR." Supporting will be GOD FORBID, DIAMOND PLATE and SUDIKARA. Dates will stretch coast to coast and run through April and May, click HERE for up to date ticket information.
Recently, KISS and MÖTLEY CRÜE announced that they are touring together this summer in what promises to be one of the best shows of the year! The tour will that will be closed every night by KISS, will kick off on July 20 in Bristow, Virginia and will run through September 23 in Hartford, Connecticut. The Live Nation-promoted tour will go on sale beginning Friday, March 23 at TicketMaster.com and LiveNation.com.

The highly anticipated inaugural Decibel Magazine tour kicks off in a mere eight days in Columbus, OH. It wasn't too late, however, for the venue owners to prohibit the bands from appearing at The Brewmaster's Gate. Behemoth, Watain, The Devil's Blood, and In Solitude are being forbidden from playing at the venue because of religious conflicts with the venue owners. These bands are no strangers to this type of treatment, and a NEW venue has already been confirmed. The Columbus, OH show will now be at Al Rosa. As previously reported, Long Island Hardcore Metallers Vision Of Disorder inked a deal with Candlelight Records! The band has now entered the studio with producer Will Putney (SHADOWS FALL, SUICIDE SILENCE, FOUR YEAR STRONG) to record their highly anticipated NEW album for a late 2012 release.
