Chris Cornell's New York Times Interview To Be Streamed Tonight!

Chris Cornell (Soundgarden/ex-Audioslave) will be interviewed tonight (January 7) by Jon Pareles of the New York Times. The interview will take place at 6:00 PM ET, and it is part of The New York Times Arts & Leisure Weekend. Even though the event is sold out, you can access a live stream at Art & Leisure Weekend.com.

At current time Cornell is recording a NEW album with Soundgarden for the first time in 15 years, while working as a solo artist. Recently, Cornell discussed the differences between performing in a full scale band and as a solo artist. This is what he told Spin.com:

"An acoustic show is all about you, and any little nuance or mistake is amplified. I'm very nervous about it, but I love the intimacy. Once you sit in front of people and start playing songs, it's all on you. No matter what happens, it's entirely your responsibility the entire time. I like that intensity."
