In other Van Halen news, the band returned to the musical spectrum last night at a tiny nightclub in New York City called Cafe Wha? The private show welcomed 250 VIP guests and it ended up being as successful as the bands 2007/2008 reunion tour with original singer David Lee Roth. This warm up gig served as the bands promotional campaign kick off for the NEW Van Halen album entitled 'A Different Kind Of Truth'. The album is set to be released on February 7th via Interscope Records. The CD's first single and video, "Tattoo", will arrive on January 10th. The band has also announced a slew of North American tour dates.
