As previously reported by Novinky.cz, a Czech news site, Blythe was arrested yesterday in Prague, Czech Republic on charges of manslaughter. The arrest is a result of an altercation that Blythe had with a fan on a concert that took place on May 24, 2010 in Prague. Allegedly, a fan went on stage during the show and Blythe violently kicked the fan off the stage. The fan then fell hard on the floor and hurt his head; he ended up losing his life due to internal bleeding. Here is a statement from Czech Police regarding Blythe's prison sentence, IF convicted.
“For bodily injury resulting in death under section 146, paragraph 4 of the criminal code threatens Blythe five to ten years in prison.”More on this story here!
