Whether you're in search of a Label, Manager, Booking Agent, Promoter or Producer; or if you are just starting out; or keeping it DIY and seeking further industry insight and development. THE 2012 PROJECT INDEPENDENT - INDUSTRY WORKSHOP & SHOWCASE TOUR is for YOU!!
This years tour features LIVE HD WEBCASTING with the ability to reach 10,000 viewers per event, and will now include final round critiquing by a panel of Industry Professionals.
Participating bands will attend a 60-90 minute industry workshop which will be held prior to doors. Once the workshop is complete doors will open to the public and each participating band will perform a 30 minute set in the presence of their fans and Project Independent A&R.
Bands will be critiqued in the following categories:
- MUSICIANSHIP
- SHOWMANSHIP
- WORKMANSHIP
In addition, each band will receive a FREE DVD copy of their ENTIRE performance, shot and edited live on 4 Canon HD cameras.

Both events are 21+ and only $10.00
DETAILS (read carefully):
Bands participating at DINGBATZ:
- Each band will receive 100 tickets, each ticket is $10.00.
- Each band will be required to sell 40 ($400.00 worth).
- The remaining tickets and the revenue generated by those tickets belongs to the band. In addition, all participating bands will receive an equal split of ALL non-presale box office revenues.
- Bands may request additional tickets at no charge.
Bands participating at TAMMANY HALL:
- Each band will receive 100 tickets, each ticket is $15.00.
- Each band will be required to sell 50 tickets at $10.00 per ($500.00 worth).
- The remaining tickets and the revenue generated by those tickets belongs to the band. In addition, all participating bands will receive an equal split of ALL non-presale box office revenues.
- Bands may request additional tickets at no charge.
IMPORTANT:
- A $200.00 deposit is required prior to receiving tickets and the balance is due at the event.
- Slots are awarded on a first come, first served basis and determined by when we RECEIVE your deposit.

The top bands from across the country will become eligible to receive offers from a variety of entertainment services groups including Sony/RED, THC Music and Dark Harvest Records, to name a few.
The winning band will be announced on January 1, 2013 and receive the following:
- Sony/RED Distribution for 1 Full Length Project Independent Release
- All Expense Paid 60 Day U.S. Tour w/$5,000.00 Tour Support
- $50,000.00 in New Equipment from Peavey, Schecter, Sonor, Paiste, Regal Tip, GHS, and more
- $1,500.00 in Custom Band Merchandise from MerchLive.com
