Randy Blythe Could Get Released Tomorrow - Czech Police Update!

As previously reported, Randy Blythe was arrested yesterday in Prague, Czech Republic on charges of manslaughter. The arrest is a result of an altercation that Blythe had with a fan on a concert that took place on May 24, 2010 in Prague. Allegedly, a fan went on stage during the show and Blythe violently kicked the fan off the stage. The fan then fell hard on the floor and hurt his head; he ended up losing his life due to internal bleeding. Here is a statement from Czech Police regarding Blythe's prison sentence, IF convicted.
“For bodily injury resulting in death under section 146, paragraph 4 of the criminal code threatens Blythe five to ten years in prison.”
Czech police spokeswoman Jana Rosslerova has told the Associated Press that that a court is set to rule tomorrow (Saturday, June 30) on whether to continue detaining LAMB OF GOD singer Randy Blythe in connection with the death of a fan more than two years ago.

According to Rosslerova, Blythe was arrested Wednesday, accused of causing bodily harm resulting in death.

LAMB OF GOD bassist John Campbell, reached today on his cell phone by Richmond Times-Dispatch, declined to comment.

"I'm not ready to talk about anything going on," he said.
