Randy Blythe's Bail Denied AGAIN; Likely Causing A Domino Effect On Tour With DETHKLOK & GOJIRA!

As previously reported, Randy Blythe was arrested Wednesday (June 27) at the Prague airport on manslaughter charges. Blythe, 41, who was represented by two lawyers in court, is accused of causing the fatal injury that occurred at LAMB OF GOD's May 24, 2010 show in Prague. The singer apparently either pushed or struck a 19-year-old fan named Daniel who had come on stage, and that person died 14 days later of bleeding in the brain.

Last week, Blythe's Czech attorney Martin Radvan spoke to Radio Prague about the singer's arrest in Prague last month on manslaughter charges.

"We are now waiting for his release because the band has already collected the additional 200,000 dollars, and only due to long travel time between the Prague Municipal Court and the court for Prague 8, we are still waiting," Radvan said. "Otherwise, he should have already been released."

Well, as of today (July 25) the situation has not been resolved in favor of Randy Blythe. Yet again, the Czech authorities who had thrown a dangerous curve ball at Blythe by doubling the money required for bail from $200K to $400 K (equivalent to the salary that Blythe earns in two years), have denied his bail yet AGAIN!

According to THE GAUNTLET:

"What happens now is that on Friday (July 27, 2012), the prosecutor will be back before the judge to give reason for the bail denial. At that point, the judge has five days to rule, and another five days for it to be written or published to the court. The judges ruling at this point will be final and unless charges are formally filed, Randy will be free to leave the Czech Republic without condition on bail."

Now the added issue for Blythe and the rest of the LAMB OF GOD camp is the potential cancellation of their upcoming tour with DETHKLOK and GOJIRA! One of the hottest tours of the year featuring three of the biggest names in Metal, are scheduled to join forces for a 34-show North American tour kicking off on August 1 (one week from today) in Seattle, Washington.

While no news of a tour cancellation has surfaced (So far, one stop on the trek has been nixed — the show set for August 15 in St. Charles, Missouri), there is now way that LAMB OF GOD would do the tour without their singer Randy Blythe! But who could replace Blythe? Let us know in the comments section below.
