Wow, this just in! Drumming machine Shannon Lucas has confirmed his departure from THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER via video statement (see below). During the short clip, Lucas also confirms that he has a NEW project with guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz (KILLSWITCH ENGAGE) and vocalist George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher (CANNIBAL CORPSE), for which he hopes to start tracking drums in January. Shannon also reveals that he will be opening a tattoo shop with his wife outside Richmond, Virginia. We want to wish Shannon the best of luck with his upcoming projects!So who is stepping in for Lucas? Alan Cassidy (ABIGAIL WILLIAMS) is sitting behind the kit for the band's current trek with DETHKLOK, MACHINE HEAD and ALL THAT REMAINS.
