After an insane year in Heavy Music (in a good and bad way), 2013 has finally arrived and it promises to be a great year for our music. Not only are a lot of the top bands within the game plucking away some brand NEW music, but there are already a ton of great festivals and tours lined up for 2013 (expect a posting about this very soon).
As you all get this NEW year into overdrive, we figured we would remind you of the most anticipated albums of 2013. Here you go:
10) HATEBREED:
The Connecticut Hardcore Metallers are releasing their NEW studio album, 'The Divinity Of Purpose' on January 23, 2013 via Razor & Tie in North America/Canada and on January 25, 2013 via Nuclear Blast in Europe and various additional international territories (trailer available HERE). 'The Divinity Of Purpose', will be the band’s 6th official album to date, and the follow up to HATEBREED’s self-titled album and also their covers album, 'For The Lions' (both released in 2009).

1) BLACK SABBATH:
It has been announced that the NEW SABBATH album is tentatively scheduled for release in April 2013 via Vertigo/Universal Republic in the U.S. and Vertigo in all other territories. As previously reported, BLACK SABBATH have written 15 NEW songs since reuniting last year. But the big question is how far along are they with the recording process, specially as guitar legend Tony Iommi battles with cancer. Our good friend Jose Mangin from Sirius XM was recently in Los Angeles, California, gathering some audio clips for Ozzy's Sirius XM channel "Ozzy's Boneyard".
