CLUTCH Begin Working On NEW Album; Band Adds A Few Shows!

CLUTCH heads, we have some awesome news! Your favorite Maryland rockers have announced that have started working on their NEW studio album. The bands 10th studio album is currently in pre-production and is tentatively scheduled to be released in early 2013 via Weathermaker Music (the bands record label).

For those of you that are clamoring for NEW CLUTCH music the band recently released a limited edition picture disc single of the track "Pigtown Blues" via Weathermaker Music. The single is also available digitally. The A-Side is "Pigtown Blues" and the B-Side is an acoustic version of the track "Motherless Child". The disc can be found at your favorite record store as well as online at www.clutchmerch.com. This is the first NEW studio material from CLUTCH since 2009's 'Strange Cousins From the West', and the first simultaneous worldwide release for Weathermaker Music.

Due to overwhelming demand Maryland rockers CLUTCH have added two shows to their short run this November.  With both the Flint, MI and Detroit, MI shows sold out, the band has added an additional show to each city.  The new show in Flint at the Machine Shop is scheduled for October 31st and the new show in Detroit at St. Andrews Hall is scheduled for November 4th.  Tickets for both shows will go on sale this Friday August 17th.  MonstrO will be opening all of the dates with Lionize providing direct support.

Next up, CLUTCH will be playing select dates in August with LIONIZE as well as performing at WWBN's "Dirt Fest" this August. These shows are scheduled for August 9th - August 12th. Opening these dates will be the band MONSTER TRUCK from Toronto, ON

The band has rescheduled the two shows that were postponed this May. These dates are now scheduled for November 1st through 3rd. LIONIZE will be providing direct support and MonstrO will open these dates. Please note that the Flint, MI and Detroit, MI shows are already sold out, tickets for the Joliet, IL show are still available.

CLUTCH & PRONG To Ignite Summer Tour Tonight In Sunny Arizona!

Tonight, Maryland rockers CLUTCH are kicking off their summer tour in Fayetteville, AR at George's Majestic Lounge. Support will be provided by PRONG and LIONIZE. The tour also features festival appearances at the "Forecastle Festival" in Louisville, KY and the "Artscape Festival" in Baltimore, MD. The run is scheduled to wrap up July 22nd in Richmond, VA at The National.

The A-Side is "Pigtown Blues" and the B-Side is an acoustic version of the track "Motherless Child". The disc is available at your favorite record store as well as online at www.clutchmerch.com. This is the first NEW studio material from CLUTCH since 2009's 'Strange Cousins From the West',and the first simultaneous worldwide release for Weathermaker Music.

CLUTCH will embark on a headlining tour this summer with special guests Prong and Lionize. The run kicks off July 11th in Fayetteville, AR and wraps up July 22nd in Richmond, VA.

CLUTCH Will Premiere NEW Single on BBC/Radio 1's "The Rock Show With Daniel P. Carter"; NEW Studio Material Available Soon!

Maryland rockers CLUTCH are gearing up for the release of their NEW picture disc single "Pigtown Blues". The single will receive its worldwide digital release on June 5^th and its worldwide physical release on June 19^th. This is the first NEW studio material from CLUTCH since 2009's 'Strange Cousins From the West', and the first simultaneous worldwide release for Weathermaker Music.

This coming Monday June 4^th CLUTCH frontman Neil Fallon will be a special guest on "The Rock Show With Daniel P. Carter", which airs on BBC/Radio 1 from Midnight - 2:00 AM UK time. Carter who has been a long time fan and supporter of CLUTCH for years, will be exclusively premiering the track "Pigtown Blues".
