SOUNDGARDEN Appear On 'Late Show With David Letterman' & We Have Video To Prove It!


Last night (November 12th), SOUNDGARDEN CBS-TV's 'Late Show With David Letterman'; a longer performance is available on the 'Live From Letterman' webcast. Video footage of the bands entire performance is available below. The bands NEW album entitled 'King Animal' is available now (Tracklisting & Album Cover HERE) via Tom Whalley's NEW record label, a partnership between his Seven Four Entertainment and Republic Records. 'King Animal' is available for streaming in its entirety on iTunes.
 
It has also been announced that SOUNDGARDEN will be performing three exclusive concerts in New York City, Toronto and Los Angeles. Dubbed as "an evening with SOUNDGARDEN", these events are not to be missed! Tickets are available now: Soundgardenworld.com, The first concert will take place tonight (Tuesday, November 13th) at Irving Plaza in New York City.

A Ton Of SOUNDGARDEN Updates; Chris Cornell To Perform Acoustic Hurricane Relief Benefit Show!


As previously reported, SOUNDGARDEN have a NEW album entitled 'King Animal' coming out on November 13th (Tracklisting & Album Cover HERE) via Tom Whalley's new record label, a partnership between his Seven Four Entertainment and Republic Records. 'King Animal' is available for streaming in its entirety on iTunes.

It has also be announced that Chris Cornell will play an acoustic benefit concert this Monday night (November 12) at New York City's Bowery Ballroom, with all proceeds going to the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City to help victims of Hurricane Sandy. Tickets go on sale  today (Friday, November 9) at 3:00 p.m. ET.

SOUNDGARDEN will also perform a concert for the "Live On Letterman" webcast Monday night, as well as a song for that evening's edition of "Late Show With David Letterman" on CBS.

SOUNDGARDEN To Release NEW Single!

As previously reported, SOUNDGARDEN have a NEW album coming out this fall (tentatively on November 13)! According to The Pulse Of Radio, a NEW SOUNDGARDEN song called "Been Away Too Long" will be be released to Rock radio stations all over the nation this coming Wednesday (September 19). The track is the first official single from 'King Animal'.

Rolling Stone recently conducted an interview with guitarist Kim Thayil, here is what he had to say about the bands upcoming album:

"It re-establishes that we still rock, we're still heavy, and we're still a little weird."

Other tracks names include: "Blood On The Valley Floor" and "A Thousand Days Before", the latter of which "has a little Indian thing and some chicken-pickin'," Thayil said. "We call it 'country and eastern.'"
