EOne recording artist THIS OR THE APOCALYPSE, have debuted a second music video for the track, "Hate The Ones You Love" from their latest record, "Dead Years." You can now watch the video below.
Directed by veteran director David Brodsky, the video is about a group of young post-society survivors unable to cope with the task of killing a stranger who wanders into their territory. All of their coping mechanisms start to unravel. Front man Rick Armellino comments:
"Hate the Ones You Love was the first complete track that we knew would end up on Dead Years and it helped frame the rest of the album. The lyrics themselves are about how often I find myself mistrusting or even disliking people who remind me of myself, and what it's like to try and remain trusted to those you love when you can't accept who you are.
"Writing a script around the lyrical themes and acting for the first time seemed risky but the final product really matches what we are trying to do.
Brodsky is an artist, I can't describe how cool it was working with him. Hope you guys dig it!"
Director David Brodsky takes us on a haunting tour in "Carve My Cross" from Virginia tech-Death Metal band ARSIS. The action elevates from eerie mansion exploration to all-out comfort assassinations as nightmarish houseguests awaken to torture our sensibilities. Released on Scion A/V EP "Lepers Caress."

Originally releasing their debut record 'Monuments', in 2007 the band has not slowed down since. As previously reported, Hard Rock supergroup HELLYEAH will be releasing their third album, entitled 'Band of Brothers' on July 17th, 2012 via Eleven Seven Music. The album, the band’s first effort for their NEW label home, Eleven Seven Music, was recorded in Dallas at drummer Vinnie Paul’s home studio, VP’s Upstairs Studio, and was produced by the band and Jeremy Parker (Godsmack, Evanessence), who also served as engineer.
Today, the band is premiering their brand NEW music video for "Band Of Brothers", the first single out of their upcoming album. HELLYEAH features Vinnie Paul Abbott (PANTERA, DAMAGEPLAN), Chad Gray and Greg Tribbett (MUDVAYNE), Tom Maxwell (NOTHINGFACE) and Bob "Zilla" Kakaha (DAMAGEPLAN). The Black Dahlia Murder is currently in Japan for a string of shows before heading down under for the Soundwave Festival. Once they're back stateside, a full US tour kicks off on March 24th with Death Metal legends Nile, along with Skeletonwitch and Hour of Penance as support.
