While on tour with LIFE OF AGONY in 2005, Joey Z had the vision of owning his own pro studio; A place where he can continue to build the other side of his career, and stay creative in between touring… Very soon after, he got to work. The studio opened in February 2006, and since, has become one of the prime spots in New York State to record. The atmosphere has been described as inspirational, magical, and comfortable. Professionally treated, the studios acoustics definitely deliver, and the proof is in all of the great recordings that have come out of here. Over the years the studio has continued to add stellar equipment to its arsenal. Most recent additions include, a vintage Amek recording console, Aurora converters, and a Neve summing mixer. The sound is phenomenal. There are also two lounges where you can spread out a bit, and a kitchen, complete with everything you would need. Most of all, whether you are a touring professional, or local weekend warrior, you will get the full experience of a top-notch recording studio, and your final product will sound accordingly.

"I'm proud to announce, and reveal, the NEW Method of Groove Studio website. The designer, Anthony Kondyra dedicated many weeks to this over-haul and I couldn't be happier with the results. Any band that records with me from here on, will have a page in the Vault. It's a vision I had for years. Following the above mentioned news, we informed you all that the band had cropped out drummer Bill Ward from all of the bands images! Well, this is the reason why:
"At the request of Bill Ward, through his attorney, so as to not give the public the wrong impression about his involvement in the current Black Sabbath lineup, we have temporarily removed Bill Ward’s images from the main pages of the Blacksabbath.com official website. In accordance with Bill Ward’s attorney’s request, we are doing so for the duration of the forthcoming shows." - BLACK SABBATH
As previously reported, this past Saturday (May 19) BLACK SABBATH performed an intimate hometown concert at the O2 Academy in Birmingham, England. The 3,800 capacity venue served as a warm-up show in anticipation of the band's appearance at the Download Festival at Donington next month. While there has been a lot of controversy around the "reunion" of BLACK SABBATH, it was great to see Tony Iommi back on stage.

BLACK SABBATH's first hometown performance in 13 years — and their first concert since 2005 — featured three-quarters of the legendary Heavy Metal act's original lineup — guitarist Tony Iommi, singer Ozzy Osbourne and bassist Geezer Butler. Tommy Clufetos, a member of Ozzy's solo band, is filling in for original SABBATH drummer Bill Ward, who is sitting out the group's reunion shows due to a contractual dispute with his bandmates.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you Birmingham. Best fans ever — you brought out the best in us", commented Geezer Butler. "It was a privilege playing for you tonight. Tony [Iommi, SABBATH guitarist] was a hero — you were the best medicine he has had. Proud to be a Brummie."
According to Black-Sabbath.com, last night's concert was professionally recorded and filmed.

Rising Brazilian Metal band Shadowside has just launched their NEW official website. Featuring a modern website that allows fast and easy navigation, the page is very interactive.
Completely redone, the website presents a detailed history of Shadowside, photos and videos of the band on tours worldwide, streaming music, news and, in the near future, tour dates. There is also a store where fans can buy music and official merchandise.
The website promises to be a fast and efficient communication mechanism with the fans. Users with accounts on Twitter or Facebook may connect to it and keep a direct integration with social networks.
