Previously Unreleased "Golden Gods" Interview With TONY CAMPOS!

Last year we debuted at the "black carpet" of the Revolver Golden Gods Awards in downtown Los Angeles, California. This Wednesday, we'll be back bringing you all the "black carpet" action! In celebration of the sold out Revolver Golden Gods Awards, we decided to bring you some previously unreleased interviews from last years kick ass event. Here is one with Tony Campos formerly from Static X, who is or has been part of Prong, Soulfly, Asesino, Possessed, Ministry, and even Otep!

Tony Campos is currently touring with Soulfly in support of 'Enslaved' (out now via Roadrunner Records), for which he recorded bass. Tony also recorded bass on Prong's NEW album 'Carved Into Stone', which is coming your way on April 24th via Long Branch Records. Prong is currently on tour with Crowbar. "The Art Of Joey James" to be Showcased Tonight at Wendigo Productions!

New York City artist Joey James is presenting some of his works at his first solo exhibition. During the recent past, Joey has created artwork for Type O Negative, Biohazard, Life Of Agony, Duff's Brooklyn, and he is the creator of the Horns Up Rocks logo. Recently, Joey created the album cover for Otep's "Atavist".

The event will kickoff today (October 14th) at Wendigo Productions and it will feature Joey's original art work, as well as 8 NEW paintings that have never been seen before! Additionally, there will be posters, T-shirts and other great Joey James items. Joey will also be there to individually sign & dedicate anything purchased at the party!

Additionally, the first year anniversary of "Behind the Blue Door Gallery" will be celebrated tonight. Here are all the details you need.

Cavalera Conspiracy Forced to Cancel New York City Show! Otep & Earth Crisis to Perform Tonight in Long Island!

New York City headbangers, we regret to inform you that the Cavalera Conspiracy show with Otep, Earth Crisis and Mold Breaker, that was scheduled for today (October 13th) at the Best Buy Theater in New York City, has officially been canceled. No further information has been released yet. Refunds are available at point of purchase. Internet and phone orders will automatically be canceled and refunded.

In order to keep the show going and please their multitude of fans, Otep and Earth Crisis have scheduled a show tonight (October 13th) at Ollie’s Point in Amityville, NY. Admission fee is $15 at the venue and the doors open at 10PM. Ages are 18 and over with ID.

Additionally, if you email a photo of your NYC Best Buy Theater ticket to otepteam@yahoo.com, you will be granted a special VIP meet-and-greet with Otep at tonight’s show, with a possible poetry reading from Otep Shamaya. Plus, the best Halloween costume of the night will win a special prize from Otep.

Cavalera Conspiracy Announce North American Tour with Otep & Earth Crisis!

Whenever you put the Cavalera brothers (Max and Iggor) on a stage, nobody is safe! As we all know, the Cavalera brothers formed the legendary Brazilian Heavy Metal band Sepultura in 1984, and single handily changed the phase of Heavy Music forever. While neither of them are in Sepultura anymore, they are still spreading artistic terrorism with the music that they have been creating with Cavalera Conspiracy. The other members of the band include: guitar virtuoso Mark Rizzo and bassist Johnny Chow.

Their second album is titled "Blunt Force Trauma" was released on March 29, 2011, via Roadrunner Records. Today they announced that they will be touring North America this fall. Joining Cavalera Conspiracy will be Otep, Earth Crisis and Mold Breaker (the band featuring Max’s kids, Zyon and Igor).
