AS I LAY DYING: Tim Lambesis Is A Free Man For Now - Details Available!
According to authorities, Tim Lambesis from AS I LAY DYING posted bail and left the Vista Detention Facility yesterday (May 31) after being incarcerated for nearly a month. Bail for Lambesis was slashed on May 17, from $3 million to $2 million.
According to ABC 10 News, another readiness conference is scheduled for Lambesis's case on June 26. The exact conditions of Lambesis' release are not known and neither are his whereabouts. However, the judge in this case has stated if Lambesis is released at anytime, he must wear a GPS monitoring device, stay in San Diego and must stay away from his estranged wife and children.
Recently, Lambesis' attorney claimed that his client began using steroids, which clouded his judgement. He also said that Lambesis had gotten into body building and eating healthy, and later began taking nutritional supplements as a paid product spokesman. At some point, he also began taking steroids.
According to Warwick, "his thought processes were devastatingly affected by his steroid use".
It was also revealed by the prosecution that the cost of alleged hit on Lambesis' wife was priced at $20,000 and that Lambesis was "very willing to pay that".
As previously reported, Lambesis's band AS I LAY DYING have been forced to pull out from the KILLSWITCH ENGAGE. Here is a statement from the band!

This Is How The Arrest Of Tim Lambesis From AS I LAY DYING Went Down
Up until now, no details were revealed on how the arrest of Lambesis went down. Here is what happened according to an employee of the Barnes & Noble store (were Lambesis was arrested):
"It was about 2 p.m. My buddy was outside the store doing face-painting and the cops told him that he needed to stop immediately and go inside. Tim was there with a friend just browsing. I saw one special task-force cop, two regular officers, and two undercover officers. They just pushed everyone aside and handcuffed him. It all happened so fast. It seemed like they were planning it out for a long time."
During last weeks hearing, Lambesis' attorney claimed that his client began using steroids, which clouded his judgement. He also said that Lambesis had gotten into body building and eating healthy, and later began taking nutritional supplements as a paid product spokesman. At some point, he also began taking steroids.

Tim Lambesis To Remain In Prison For A While; Steroids To Blame For His Poor Judgement - Details Available!
Yesterday (May 17), Tim Lambesis from AS I LAY DYING was hoping to get his bail amount lowered to an amount that he could afford in order to be able to leave prison. But Lambesis is stuck in prison for now. Lambesis was recently charged with trying to hire a hitman to kill his wife. Full details HERE!
UT San Diego filed a report from inside the courtroom reporting that Thomas Warwick (Lambesis' attorney) requested the bail lowered to $250,000. The request was denied by the Honorable Judge David Berry, who set the bail to $2 million dollars (instead of $3 million dollars). An amount that according to his attorney Lambesis can't afford.
During yesterdays hearing, Warwick also claimed that Lambesis began using steroids, which clouded his judgement. Warwick said that Lambesis had gotten into body building and eating healthy, and later began taking nutritional supplements as a paid product spokesman. At some point, he also began taking steroids.
Accorging to Warwick, "his thought processes were devastatingly affected by his steroid use".
It was also revealed by the prosecution that the cost of alleged hit on Lambesis' wife was priced at $20,000 and that Lambesis was "very willing to pay that".
As announced earlier this week, Lambesis's band AS I LAY DYING have been forced to pull out from the KILLSWITCH ENGAGE. Here is a statement from the band!

Tim Lambesis Might Be Able To Leave Prison Soon - Details Available!
Today (May 17), a judge will hear NEW argument regarding the bail amount for Tim Lambesis, whose bail is currently set to $3 million after being charged with trying to hire a hitman to kill his wife. Full details HERE!
Yesterday (May 6), Lambesis was granted a NEW bail review hearing in San Diego’s North County Superior Courthouse, according to the District Attorney’s office. The hearing is set for 1:30 PM (local time), before the Honorable Judge David Berry.
More details about the case are expected to surface, as attorneys will very likely be arguing their position before the judge, Deputy District Attorney Claudia Grasso is trying to prevent release of the defendant and Anthony Salerno (Lambesis's lawyer) is trying to get bail lowered to a reachable figure.
"Tim never had the intention to harm his wife, absolutely not,” according to his attorney Anthony Salerno. “This whole thing was a set-up by a scumbag snitch, and then law enforcement ran with it.” He has characterized the case as "entrapment."
