Official Statement From Aerosmith Regarding Steven Tyler!

"The Bad Boys from Boston" (A.K.A. Aerosmith) have had quiete a career full of ups and downs. This past Tuesday (October 25), front-man Steven Tyler had a real "nasty fall" inside a shower at the Bourbon Hotel in Paraguay. Multiple reports say that Tyler smashed his face, knocked out several teeth and had to be taken to a local hospital.

Here is the Official Statement from the band regarding Tyler's current condition:

"Steven Tyler suffered minor injuries as a result of food poisoning yesterday in Paraguay. He was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released. Last night's show has been postponed until today. Steven would like to sincerely apologize to his fans in Paraguay for the inconvenience and hopes to see them all tonight."

Today, Steven Tyler had two teeth implanted inside his mouth by a dentist in Paraguay... to replace the ones he lost in that nasty hotel shower accident yesterday.

Prior to the South American trek, the band has been busy with the production of their 15th Studio Album. Once they complete their South American trek, they will be heading to Japan for yet another tour. Aerosmith is expected to resume work on their first all-new studio album in 10 years in early 2012, right after the holidays.
