PRONG Announce European Tour Dates - Details Available!

PRONG have confirmed that they will be heading over to Europe this Summer. The band is scheduled to play a handful of festival dates as well as a string of headline dates. Currently, the tour is scheduled to kick off June 23rd in Clisson, France at Hellfest and will run through July 14th in Serbia at Exit Fest. More dates are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. A complete list of dates can be found below.

PRONG are touring in support of their latest release 'Carved into Stone' which was released in 2012 on Long Branch Records. The album which is quintessentially PRONG, stretches into the band's earliest and dirtiest foundations on which the band was founded on to the present as a staple of today's post-Metal and Rock scenes.

Contest Winner Announced For PRONG's New York City Show This Friday!

Ladies and gentleman, we have a winner for a pair of tickets to the return of PRONG to their stomping grounds of New York City! Mr. Sal "El Capitan" Suarez responded the following question correctly, and will be grooving with PRONG on the Hudson River!

When the bands front man Tommy Victor founded PRONG in the late 80's, he had a side job at a Rock venue in New York City. What was his job and were was he working at?

PRONG Issue Tour Update: Band Forced To Cancel Numerous Shows!

Due to circumstances beyond their control PRONG have been forced to pull out of some shows on their current tour including headline dates and shows with Static-X. The band will still be playing "KnotFest" and will resume touring starting with a headlining date in Portland, OR at The Hawthorne Theater. The band is very sorry about this and plan on hitting the East Coast in full force as soon as possible.

FEAR FACTORY Announce U.S. Dates For The World Industrialist Tour 2012!

Legendary Metal manipulators FEAR FACTORY are pleased to announce a U.S. headlining tour next month. Set to commence on August 1 in Fresno, California, the next segment of the "The World Industrialist Tour 2012" will pummel its way across the country and includes a stop at this year’s Juggalo Gathering in Cave In Rock, Illinois alongside Soulfly, Static X, DMX, Onyx, and George Clinton among others. Additional dates will be announced in the coming days. Thirty years and 12 albums later, as well as a near-death experience in 2010, Jourgensen rises as a phoenix from the ashes with 'Relapse' -- still angry, still political and very very pissed off. Relapsing back into the music industry after a four-year hiatus, Jourgensen launches his audio assault with "Ghouldiggers," a no-holds-barred Metal bullet aimed directly at the pitfalls of the industry he has survived. Everything Jourgensen predicted on Houses of the Molé, Rio Grande Blood and The Last Sucker has transpired and as we approach the Mayan calendar of the End of Days in 2012, Jourgensen, re-invigorated by the global "99 Percenters" and Occupy Wall Street movement, navigates through Relapse once again as a reluctant prophet accusing, dissecting, cajoling and exhorting greed, corruption and lies.

This past Saturday (June 23rd), the band arrived to New York City's Best buy Theater to bring the noise via "The DEFIBRILLATOUR"! Compiling a 19 song set list that included many of the bands classics, as well as plenty of NEW songs and even a cover by the STORMTROOPERS OF DEATH, the Industrial Metallers proved why they are one of the finest bands in the history of the genre (which they pioneered). PRONG Confirm Additional Summer Tour Dates; Band To Appear At 'KnotFest'!

In support of their NEW album 'Carved Into Stone' New York Metallers PRONG will be hitting the road this summer with the likes of Maryland Rockers CLUTCH, as well as Corrosion of Conformity. PRONG have just confirmed a handful of headlining dates during this run, as well as two more festival appearances. The first is at the "Slang Metalfest" in Danville, IL on August 25^th and the second is an appearance at the "Bumbershoot" in Seattle, WA on September 1^st. PRONG has been selected as one of the bands to play on this year's inaugural "KnotFest" hosted by Slipknot. The two date festival will take place August 17^th in Pacific Junction, IA and August 18^th in Somerset, WI. More information on "Knot Fest" can be found HERE.

In its first week of release, 'Carved Into Stone' landed spots on three of Billboard's Charts. The album placed at #13 on the Heatseekers Chart, #44 on the Hard Rock Albums Chart and #56 on the Independent Albums Chart.
