Excellent Video Footage Of METALLICA's Historic Performances In Mexico City - Includes Detailed Views Of Their NEW State Of The Art Stage Setup!
As previously reported, the Kings of Thrash Metal, METALLICA, returned to Mexico for six memorable performances at the Sports Palace in Mexico City on August 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, and 9. The band unveiled their NEW stage: a 140x50-foot stage that features colossal components and striking visual elements spanning Metallica's 30-year career.
"After years in the making, we are beyond excited to finally unveil the all new, out of control, massive stage and Metalli-show to some of our most rabid fans in the world.
"When we last visited Mexico City in June of 2009, those three sold out nights with over 150,000 of our craziest friends at Foro Sol Stadium were some of the most memorable, over the top, insane shows we have ever played. Last year we returned with a brand new show that features your favorite iconic elements spanning our entire 30 year touring career all on a massive stage that is twice the size of the World Magnetic set up... we think it's something that needs to be seen to be believed!!!
"Mexico was the first to see what will be the cornerstone of our touring escapades for years to come. Don't be scared boys and girls, this is going next level and we are just getting started!"

The 10 Most Anticipated Heavy Music Albums Of 2013!
After an insane year in Heavy Music (in a good and bad way), 2013 has finally arrived and it promises to be a great year for our music. Not only are a lot of the top bands within the game plucking away some brand NEW music, but there are already a ton of great festivals and tours lined up for 2013 (expect a posting about this very soon).
As you all get this NEW year into overdrive, we figured we would remind you of the most anticipated albums of 2013. Here you go:
10) HATEBREED:
The Connecticut Hardcore Metallers are releasing their NEW studio album, 'The Divinity Of Purpose' on January 23, 2013 via Razor & Tie in North America/Canada and on January 25, 2013 via Nuclear Blast in Europe and various additional international territories (trailer available HERE). 'The Divinity Of Purpose', will be the band’s 6th official album to date, and the follow up to HATEBREED’s self-titled album and also their covers album, 'For The Lions' (both released in 2009).

9) MEGADETH:

8) BLACK VEIL BRIDES:
The time for a NEW batch of music by Los Angeles’ biggest breakout act, Black Veil Brides, is quickly approaching. Their latest album entitled 'Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones' is a concept album like none other and it will be available on January 8th via Lava Music/Universal Republic Records. And lets not forget that band will also be releasing their first ever full-length music film "Legion of the Black", to support the upcoming effort. Watch our exclusive interview with Andy Biersack HERE!

7) SUFFOCATION:
The Long Island Death Metallers will be releasing a brand NEW album entitled 'Pinnacle of Bedlam' on February 15, 2013, via Nuclear Blast Records. Watch the trailer for the bands NEW album HERE!

6) CARCASS:
The British Metal maniacs have announced that they are working on a NEW album! In an exclusive interview with Decibel Magazine, Jeff Walker (frontman and bassist) confirmed that CARCASS is in the studio working on NEW music. The last time the band released an album was in 1996, which is when 'Swansong' was released. The bands NEW sonic assault should see the light of day sometime in 2013. Read more about the NEW CARCASS!

5) KILLSWITCH ENGAGE:
The bands NEW batch of music with their original vocalist/lyricist Jesse Leach will be released in April of 2013 via Roadrunner Records. 2) METALLICA:
The reigning kings of the Big Four are currently locked up at their headquarters in San Rafael, California recording a brand NEW album, which should be released sometime in 2013 via their brand NEW record label Blackened Recordings. Here is what the bands drummer Lars Ulrich had to say about the bands NEW music.

1) BLACK SABBATH:
It has been announced that the NEW SABBATH album is tentatively scheduled for release in April 2013 via Vertigo/Universal Republic in the U.S. and Vertigo in all other territories. As previously reported, BLACK SABBATH have written 15 NEW songs since reuniting last year. But the big question is how far along are they with the recording process, specially as guitar legend Tony Iommi battles with cancer. Our good friend Jose Mangin from Sirius XM was recently in Los Angeles, California, gathering some audio clips for Ozzy's Sirius XM channel "Ozzy's Boneyard". Full details about the NEW Sabbath available HERE!

Zulie's 12 Pieces Of Eye Candy For 2012 - Image Gallery Available!
In 2012, Horns Up Rocks' Zulie Alvarez entered plenty of photo pits throughout the tri-state area and captured a lot of very memorable moments. Before we share with you "Zulie's 12 Pieces Of Eye Candy For 2012", let us tell you about the wonderful Zulie.
Zulie was born in Ecuador in 1982 and arrived in Brooklyn, NY in 1985. During her High School years she picked up her first camera (an Olympus IS-30 DLX) and started shooting random surroundings, such as: objects around her home, friends, animals, and pretty much anything that caught her attention along the way. This resulted in her adopting some visual aesthetics that she still applies to this day. Zulie’s pristine vision is transmitted via her camera lens and in only 13 years she has been able to capture some very unique and memorable photographs. Her work is constantly evolving and she is always willing to learn new things.
Without further due, here is "Zulie's 12 Pieces Of Eye Candy For 2012":
