SIX FEET UNDER Unveil First Single, Cover Art & Track Listing For 'Undead'!

Legendary Death Metal legion SIX FEET UNDER today unveil the first single from forthcoming studio offering, 'Undead'. Slated for North American release on May 22, 2012 through Metal Blade Records, the 12-track recording was produced by Mark Lewis (Deicide, Devildriver) and mixed by Jason Suecof (Whitechapel, Job For A Cowboy), at Audio Hammer Studios in Sanford, Florida.

Led by the inimitable Chris Barnes, possessor of one of the most dominant and instantly recognizable voices of the Death Metal genre, 'Undead' offers up an overhauled lineup. Now featuring Barnes alongside NEW guitarist Rob Arnold (ex- Chimaira), longtime guitarist Steve Swanson, NEW bassist Jeff Hughell, and drummer Kevin Talley, whose history blasting for Dying Fetus, Misery Index, and Chimaira speaks for itself, SIX FEET UNDER 2012 finds the band reinvigorated and churning out some of the most visceral, in-your-face, and downright horrifying tunes in their renowned discography of brutality both, lyrically and musically.

Comments vocalist/Death Metal ambassador Chris Barnes of the recording: "I'm in pretty much the best headspace I've been in since myself and [former guitarist] Allen West started this band in 1993. I'm super excited about the new record. It's a rejuvenation; it's a rebirth of SIX FEET UNDER, and fans will definitely latch on to my excitement and how focused I am in the lyrics I've written… The hypocrisies of daily life, things that affect us that spawn aggression, loneliness, sadness, there's a lot of emotions going on across the record, and I guess that the dark horror that humans cause is my niche."

'Undead' Track Listing:

01. Frozen At the Moment of Death
02. Formaldehyde
03. 18 Days
04. Molest Dead
05. Blood On My Hands
06. Missing Victims
07. Reckless
08. Near Death Experience
09. The Scar
10. Delayed Combustion Device
11. Vampire Apocalypse
12. The Depths of Depravity

HELLYEAH Release NEW Single/Machinima Video "War In Me"!

Hard Rock supergroup HELLYEAH is back with the first single from their forthcoming their third album, entitled 'Band of Brothers' out July 17th, 2012. The band has partnered with Machinima, the next generation video entertainment network for video gamers which has over 166 million unique gamers who viewed in excess of 1.4 billion videos in February 2012, to premiere a video of video game sniper footage for the first single War In Me. Watch the video below!

The album, the band’s first effort for their NEW label home, Eleven Seven Music, was recorded in Dallas at drummer Vinnie Paul’s home studio, VP’s Upstairs Studio, and was produced by the band and Jeremy Parker (Godsmack, Evanessence), who also served as engineer.

Having produced track after track of heavy-hitting, in-your-face, feel good Rock N' Roll on their previous two albums (2010’s 'STAMPEDE' and 2007’s self-titled debut), 'Band of Brothers' sees HELLYEAH taking a slightly different musical direction. Drawing on their former bands’ collective Metal roots for inspiration, the influences and style of Mudvayne, Pantera, Damageplan and Nothingface are immediately recognizable in tracks such as “Band of Brothers,” “War In Me” and “Rage Burn,” while the party anthem “Drink, Drank, Drunk” retains the essence of earlier HELLYEAH.

Frontman Chad Gray comments, "I'm really excited about what we've done on this NEW album. I've always separated Mudvayne and HELLYEAH as much as I could, even though it was my voice. Melodies, lyrics and just the overall style of writing were different. With 'Band of Brothers', I just quit being afraid of who I am in relation to this band. I think we've all really gotten back to the original roots of what we've done individually and brought it together on this album. As an artist, as long as you’re painting with your own brush, no one can compare or challenge you. I just painted with a bigger, heavier brush than I had with HELLYEAH in the past. I think this is what fans have always expected to hear from us, and now were giving it to them."

Vinnie Paul echoed the sentiment in a recent interview for Loudwire.com : “On our first two records, we were a NEW band. We really wanted to branch out and expand and experiment with all different styles. We all come from traditional Metal bands and backgrounds, so it was a great breath of fresh air to play in a band that was Rock N’ Roll, blues and Southern Rock. We got that out of our system and got really focused on going back to our Metal roots. It’s heavy, focused, groove-oriented and I’m excited about it.

Jeremy Parker said, “It's impossible not to have a good time jamming this record. It has the anger and violence of Pantera and Mudvayne, but a party vibe that can only be HELLYEAH!”

IN THIS MOMENT Announce NEW Album Title!

During the past few months, California Rockers In This Moment have been locked up at The Hideout Recording Studio in Las Vegas, Nevada, recording their fourth studio album. The band once again is working with longtime producer Kevin Churko (Ozzy Osbourne & Five Finger Death Punch). Entitled "Blood", the album is slated for a summer release via Century Media Records. The CD was once again produced by Kevin Churko, who has previously worked with OZZY OSBOURNE and FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, among others.

In This Moment recently lost two band members: Drummer Jeff Fabb and guitarist Blake Bunzel. The two talented musicians joined the backing band of James Durbin ("American Idol" finalist). Here is what the band had to say about this:

"We are embracing this change with open arms, and a renewed spirit… Sometimes you have to let go of what's in your hands to reach for something greater! In the meantime, we are back in the studio and the new songs are sounding better than anything we've done to date."

The bands latest album 'A Star-Crossed Wasteland' was released on July 13, 2010 via Century Media Records. The CD was recorded at The Wolves Den studio in Las Vegas, Nevada with producer Kevin Churko, and sold 10,500 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 40 on The Billboard 200 chart.

FEAR FACTORY Teaser For NEW Song "Recharger" From NEW Album 'The Industrialist'!

'The Industrialist' is a conceptual record based around a story written by vocalist Burton C. Bell. Lyrics to the album’s ten songs divulge the narrative as discussed recently by Bell with Decibel Magazine. The album will be available on three formats – standard CD, a limited edition deluxe digi-book (featuring two additional songs), and 180-gram double vinyl.

Cazares says, “collaborating with Burton again on the NEW album was like magic. Everything just fell into place naturally. It felt good to recapture the true sound of FEAR FACTORY, taking it back to where it all started while raising it to NEW levels.” Regarding Fulber Cazares notes, “Rhys has been our secret member,” shares Cazares. “He is the one producer who has been able to understand what we have been trying to accomplish from the beginning and has opened our eyes to new things without sacrificing our original sound. His production and keyboard talents has made FEAR FACTORY stand out amongst the many bands of our genre.”
