KVELERTAK Premiere Music Video For "Kvelertak"!

Below is the NEW KVELERTAK video for the track "Kvelertak" courtesy of KERRANG.

The video was directed by Stian Andersen, who came along for a couple of shows on the bands recent release tour of Europe. The shows that are featured here are from London, Cologne, Paris and the epic final show in Oslo.

KVELERTAK recently released their Roadrunner Records debut album 'Meir' worldwide!
The band is currently partaking on a major North American headlining tour. The spring trek celebrates the the release of 'Meir'. Full agenda HERE!

Members of the band recently took over Roadrunner Records in New York City for a fully loaded press day. Luckily, we were able to kidnap Erlend Hjelvik and Vidir Landa to discuss 'Meir' and how Norwegian culture influenced the bands musical direction. KYNG Back On Track Following The Near Fatal Accident Of Their Bassist

In early February it was announced HERE that LA's power trio KYNG were forced to pull out from CLUTCH's "Earth Rocker North American tour". KYNG had to be replaced by Scorpion Child since their bassist Tony Castaneda was involved in a very serious car accident. Thankfully, the KYNG boys are back in action as you can see on the picture on the right (uploaded by Tony a few minutes ago).

Not only are they back on the road with THE SWORD (tour dates below), but they have also completed the recording sessions for the follow up of the critically acclaimed 'Trampled Sun' with producer Jim Rota (Fireball Ministry, Sound City), and Andrew Alekel on the helm. The sessions took place in Los Angeles, CA at an undisclosed location. Additionally, the band has announced that they will be part of these years Bonnaroo Music Festival!

CHILDREN OF BODOM Release First Single Out Of 'Halo Of Blood'

CHILDREN OF BODOM's 'Halo Of Blood', the bands eighth studio album, will be released on June 11th in North America via Nuclear Blast Records. Artwork was created by artist Sam Saramäki, known for his classic COB album covers for 'Follow the Reaper' (2001), 'Hate Crew Deathroll' (2003), and 'Are You Dead Yet?' (2005).

CHILDREN OF BODOM recorded 'Halo Of Blood' at Finland's Danger Johnny Studios (in a top secret, undisclosed location in Helsinki) with recording engineer Mikko Karmila, who worked on the 'Hatebreeder' (1999), 'Follow the Reaper' (2001), and 'Hate Crew Deathroll' (2003) albums. Producer Peter Tägtgren (Immortal, Marduk, Amon Amarth) oversaw production on both vocals and keyboards. The album was mixed at Finland’s famed Finnvox Studios.

To support 'Halo Of Blood', CHILDREN OF BODOM will be one of the featured acts on the 2013 Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.  COB will perform alongside Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch, Mastodon, Amon Amarth and others across the United States.  Launching on June 29th in San Bernardino, California, the 5-week trek will run through August 4th in Dallas, Texas.
