Does MÖTLEY CRÜE's Tommy Lee Dislike His Fans?

Tommy Lee is currently on the road with his band MÖTLEY CRÜE in Australia. After claiming last year that he "hates taking pictures" (read more HERE), Lee has announced that he will also not be participating in the band's paid meet-and-greet sessions because he "doesn't agree with doing it under certain circumstances." To this he added:

"For those of you that are asking why I am not doing anymore meet-and-greets!! It's got nothing to do with me not wanting to meet the fans, I just don't agree with doing it under the certain given circumstances. I love you all and I'll gladly high-five y'all if I see you out 'n' about — and you won't have to pay me for that."

While one could argue that the fans should not have to pay to meet their heroes, Lee should suck it up and do the meet-and-greets so the fans are not disappointed by his absence. If anything, he can refuse to get his cut for what the band receives monetarily after each meet-and-greet session. But now since he is not showing up, the fans should get part of the money refunded!

The band is offering the following "VIP packages" while on tour in Australia:

- "Kickstart My Heart Meet And Greet Package" for $899
- "Wildside VIP Package" for $425
- "Crüe Teaser Package" for $295

Note: Only the "Kickstart My Heart" package includes an opportunity to meet and take a photo with the band.

MÖTLEY CRÜE Have No Plans Of Releasing A NEW Album This Year

MÖTLEY CRÜE recently released a brand NEW song called "Sex" to coincide with the launch of the band's North American co-headlining tour with KISS. But CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx tells Billboard.com that there are currently no plans for the group to record a full album's worth of material.

"It takes time to put together music," Sixx said. "Right now we're just writing music. There's tons of material always there — there's riffs for days, ideas, choruses here, verses there. For us, it's how many songs have we written (and) how many do we love and what do we want to do with them? It's about finding the time to go home, be off the road, get everybody in a room and start riffing and see where it does."

Written when the band was together during their residency in Las Vegas last February, "Sex" was the first studio track from the CRÜE since their June 2008 release of "Saints Of Los Angeles".

"We happened to have this song everyone was really excited about, so instead of saying, 'Let's add it to the pile of songs we have and we'll sort 'em out later,' we were, 'Hey, let's finish this one up,'" Sixx told Billboard.com. "We got it out there for the fans, for the tour, and it's exciting for the band to play something new. We love the classics and the hits, and I know the fans love that, too, but to be able to play something new is great.

"We wanted to save that big push for when we do (an album)," he added, "but the way the song is connecting with people feels like the way the music used to connect with people when we were a baby band and just had our first record out. The song really seems to work."

Watch MÖTLEY CRÜE's Vince Neil Flipping Out At Valet Parking Attendants After They Refused To Return His Rolls Royce!

According to TMZ.com, singer Vince Neil (Mötley Crüe) was videotaped flipping out at a group of parking attendants at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. The incident took place last week after a valet refused to return the singer his Rolls-Royce since Neil couldn't produce a claim ticket.

In the video clip below, Neil can be heard yelling: "Give me my fucking car! Give me my fucking car! Give me my car!" and then banging on the window.

Vince continued, "Call the police! This is my car. What the fuck is wrong with you?"

After the parking attendants apparently told Vince that they wouldn't hand over the vehicle because he couldn't produce a parking ticket, Vince responded, "They didn't give me a fucking ticket!"

According to TMZ.com sources, police were called to the scene, but by the time they arrived, Vince had already taken off, and the valet company decided against filing a report.

Mötley Crüe: Tommy Lee Loves You, But Don't Ask Him For A Picture!

"Dear fans,

"I fucking LOVE my fans! And you know this!!!... If you asked anyone that knows me really well, they would tell ya the same thing... 'Tommy loves his fans. He lives for this shit... he eats, breathes, shits music 24/7'. They'll also probably tell ya that 'he's a down-to-earth grateful life-lovin dude and a nice guy, too'.

"What I have a problem with is... taking pictures! I hate it! Irritates the fuck out of me when people say... 'You owe it to your fans, they put you where you are, etc. etc.'!

"I certainly don't owe anybody anything!

"When I bought all my LED ZEPPELIN records and concert tickets, I didn't say, 'One day these fuckers are gonna owe me a picture', It's the least they can do for me!...

"[What the fuck], people? You don't admire something so that it can give back... You just cherish it! And to those who say, 'You should be grateful that people wanna take your picture. Maybe one day they won't want it'! That day can't come soon enough!

"[By the way]… I'm not here to take pictures with you, I'm here to entertain you!

"Nobody put me where I am but ME! They may have helped inspire me with their love for what I do... but I put myself right here where I want to be with a lot of hard work, practice, talent, luck, etc. What I do owe myself and others is being THE BEST I can be! And that's making great music, being a good man, father, lover and human being! We all owe that kinda stuff to ourselves and each other.

"People, do we really need a silly picture?... For what?! Bragging rights? Really?... Who fucking cares! Someone's not gonna believe you if ya don't have the proof pic? Then fuck 'em! I'd never go up to someone that I admired and bug them for a picture!! Why! I might say a quick hello... maybe a handshake? I dunno... It depends on the 'situation'... Most people never consider the 'situation'. That's really important... Ya wouldn't wanna handshake standing at the pisser in the men's bathroom next to me, would ya? And yes, that's happened to me, too... Or when you're eating a nice, quiet meal with your family, some rude jackass comes up and asks for a picture!

"You can't even imagine what kinda crazy has happened to me. I understand the excitement and all, but just take a second and think... Is this cool right now? It's called consciousness; it's the quality or state of being aware of an external object or something within oneself. Be conscious.

"So like I said… the fastest way to get me to leave is whip out a camera! Maybe just say hello and I'll probably take ya home with me! Well, I'd have to ask my girlfriend first! Hah!

"Sincerely yours, The Picture Taker Hater! Tommy Lee"

Watch The Commercial Of Vince Neil's NEW Las Vegas Strip Club "Girls, Girls, Girls"!

A 30-second commercial for MÖTLEY CRÜE singer Vince Neil's NEW strip club, "Girls, Girls, Girls", can be seen below. In a recent interview with Sally Steele of Vegas Rocks! magazine, Neil stated about why he decided to open his own strip club, "I've been going to strip clubs my whole adult life, I think. With the song 'Girls Girls Girls', we got inducted in 2007 into the Stripper Fall Of Fame. So it was just something that has been coming for a long time."

He added, "I love NEW businesses. It's just another cool thing, and I think it's great for Las Vegas. It's something different in a city that has everything... I literally live, like, five minutes from [the club]. So I'm gonna be here a lot when I'm in town and come here and hang out. It's a great place to hang."

Neil has set Friday, April 13, as the official grand opening of "Girls, Girls, Girls". The club will occupy the former Déjà Vu location opposite the Orleans off Tropicana Avenue a mile from the Las Vegas Strip.

"I always think that if you put on the great acts before us, then we go out there and have to prove why we deserve to be the headliner." - Paul Stanley (KISS)

"It's going to be really cool because KISS is bringing their full stage show, and MÖTLEY will be bringing our full stage show, so you are going to see two huge headliners at the same time. It's going to be one of the biggest tours of the summer, if not the biggest." - Vince Neil (Mötley Crüe)
