Drama Alert: Producer Colin Richardson Ditches CARCASS To Mix The NEW TRIVIUM!
Recently CARCASS announced that their NEW album 'Surgical Steel', the bands first studio album in 17 years, is being mixed by Andy Sneap (MEGADETH, ACCEPT, EXODUS, ARCH ENEMY), after Colin Richardson (FEAR FACTORY, MACHINE HEAD, NAPALM DEATH, SLIPKNOT, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE) quit the project two weeks into the mixing process because he was "burned out".
Yesterday (March 26), CARCASS performed their first show with their NEW lineup in London, England. During the performance, the bands bassist Jeff Walker took over the microphone and claimed that Colin Richardson (pictured above) quit to mix the NEW TRIVIUM album! Here is footage of the moment in which Walker breaks his bands silence:
