Watch Dave Grohl, Trent Reznor & Josh Homme Jamming Together!

Dave Grohl's freshest sonic assault, 'Sound City: Real To Reel', will see the light of day tomorrow, Tuesday, March 12th. In anticipation of this historic release, Grohl has unleashed a performance video from the studio that features him along with two members of his Sound City Players ensemble: Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor on keyboards and Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme on bass.

The album, which you can crank below, is the soundtrack to the Sound City documentary, which is already available. For more information, check out the film's website, soundcitymovie.com.

NOTE: Grohl's Sound City Players will perform at SXSW March 14.

New Jersey's STRYCHNIA Reveal NEW Album Title, Cover Art & Track Listing!

New Jersey Metallers STRYCHNIA began recording their NEW EP entitled 'Reanimated Monstrosity' this past March 3 at Frightbox Recordings in Clifton, NJ with producer Bobby Torres. This is the same studio and producer that the band worked with back in 2010 when they recorded their debut album 'The Anatomy of Execution'. The Death Metal quartet plans to conclude the recording sessions by April and plan on premiering the self-titled track "Reanimated Monstrosity" some time in April on Horns Up Rocks! The song features a very special appearance by one of Death Metal's finest vocalists and guitarists.

'Reanimated Monstrosity' will be released in May 2013. Once the band is finished recording they will also be posting a bunch of studio footage.

TURISAS' Olli Vänskä Discusses Frank Sinatra, NEW Album 'Guards Of Glory' & Current Lineup!

Finnish "Battle Metal" pioneers TURISAS have kicked off 2013 with the pedal to the Metal. Not only is the band in midst of a massive world tour, but the band has also completed the recording sessions for their fourth studio album 'Guards Of Glory' (scheduled to be released in May via Century Media Records). So it is obvious that the band will be busy for the next 2+ years.

Recently, TURISAS wrapped up their North American tour with the awesome Firewind and Stolen Babies. On Wednesday, February 6th the tour arrived to New York's Gramercy Theatre. Prior to the bands warmup ritual, violin Metal master Olli Vänskä told us what visiting and performing New York City means to him as an artist. Believe it or not, Olli has a deep connection with Frank Sinatra. We also discussed the bands upcoming album 'Guards Of Glory' and he told us all about TURISAS' NEW lineup. Olli also talked about the stature of the Finnish Metal scene. Watch this interview now!

Alice Cooper & Marilyn Manson Announce "The Masters of Madness Tour"!

Horror is alive and well in 2013! In what is obviously a "dream" pairing, or some might say a "nightmare," Alice Cooper and Marilyn Manson will be teaming up for the "Masters of Madness" tour June 1 through 28. Following recent pairings of Alice with Rob Zombie and then Rob Zombie with Manson, this combination of Alice Cooper and Marilyn Manson has been long-awaited by fans of both artists.

The first show to be announced is June 4th in Salt Lake City at the Usana Amphitheatre, tickets for the Salt Lake City show at Usana Amphitheatre will go on sale on Friday, March 8th, with advance ticket pre-sales and VIP packages available at www.alicecooper.com. More shows across the US and Canada will be announced soon.
