For the third time ever, Samson, Hartke, Zoom and Best Buy have announced that Samson's "Metal Masters" series, will be held on Thursday, April 12 at the Key Club on the famed Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m.
The artists:
- Kerry King and Dave Lombardo (SLAYER)
- David Ellefson (MEGADETH)
- Frank Bello and Charlie Benante (ANTHRAX)
- Mike Portnoy (ADRENALINE MOB, ex-DREAM THEATER, AVENGED SEVENFOLD, STONE SOUR)
Additionally, a few special guests are scheduled to be part of the "Metal Masters 3". At the "Metal Masters 2" in New York City, Philip Anselmo performed two PANTERA songs for the first time since the band dissolved in 2001. Will he join the "Metal Masters" again?
Tickets are available for $20 (first come, first served) at the Key
Club's box office, located at 9039 Sunset Boulevard, or via KeyClub.com. With door giveaways and surprise guests, all should
purchase their tickets early for this All Ages event to witness the
return of the Metal Masters.
