Holy hell! Two of the most iconic bands to ever come from the UK are taking over the UK. MOTÖRHEAD have invited SAXON to be part of their traditional November tour.

METAL ALLIANCE Tour To Be Concluded This Weekend; Set Times For Both New York City Shows Available!

Today and tomorrow, the headbangers of New York City will welcome the third chapter of the Metal Alliance Tour to Irving Plaza, at what will be the two last two shows of the tour! The lineup includes ANTHRAX, EXODUS, MUNICIPAL WASTE, HOLY GRAIL, and SHADOWS FALL! Here are the set times for both shows, which are already sold out:

ANTHRAX 9:30 - 11ish
EXODUS 8:20 - 9:00
MUNICIPAL WASTE 7:30 - 8:00

GOJIRA & THE DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT To Finalize The "L'Enfant Savage Tour" Tonight In New York City - Tix Available!

As previously announced, the New York City stop of GOJIRA's "L'Enfant Savage Tour" had to be postponed thanks to "Blizzard Nemo". The show which was scheduled to happen on Friday, February 8, is taking place today (February 19) at Irving Plaza. The tour also features THE DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT and THE ATLAS MOTH.

Right after the show was postponed, we were able to chat with Devin Townsend about his latest album 'Epicloud' (available now via Century Media Records), as well as the future of his many musical projects, more specifically ZILTOID. EPICA 10th Anniversary Celebration "Retrospect" = Bands Most Ambitious Project To Date!

On March 23rd, internationally renowned Metal band Epica will celebrate their 10^th anniversary with a special performance entitled “Retrospect” which will take place in the Klokgebouw in Eindhoven, in their home country the Netherlands.
“Retrospect” will be Epica’s most ambitious project to date, joined by a 70-piece symphonic orchestra and choir, international guests and lots of special effects.

 

Especially for this show the band has invited the Hungarian Extended Remenyi Ede Chamber Orchestra and Choir of Miskolc National Theatre, the same orchestra and choir with whom Epica recorded the highly acclaimed live album “the Classical Conspiracy”. This anniversary show will be a “Retrospect” on Epica’s career and will contain all trademark elements you can expect from Epica.

As you already know (or should know), in the spring of 2013 the headbangers of North America will welcome the third chapter of the Metal Alliance Tour! The lineup includes ANTHRAX, EXODUS, MUNICIPAL WASTE, HOLY GRAIL, HIGH ON FIRE & more to be announced soon.

Due to popular demand, a second New York City show has been added. The original tour date (April 20) has been sold out for weeks now! The second date is Sunday, April 21st at the legendary Irving Plaza. Tickets available HERE!
