The legendary New York Hardcore band Agnostic Front are busy on the road in support of their 15th studio album titled "My Life, My Way". They are currently in Europe and they just announced a special show at the legendary Club Logo in Hamburg, Deutschland.
"My Life, My Way" is everything you can expect from Agnostic Front: simple songs structures carried by excellent vocals and a great message. Produced by Freddy Madball and engineered by Erik Rutan from Hate Eternal, the vibe of the album reminds us of their legendary album "Victim In Pain". The band consciously added more Punk Rock elements to this album because they wanted to change the AF equation up a bit, but don't get mistaken, the album has the signature AF sound that has been a lethal part of the band since their inception in 1980.
Here are a few interviews we did in the recent past with Vinnie Stigma and Mike Gallo from Agnostic Front!
Here are the remaining tour-dates:

Agnostic Front at the 2011 Black N Blue Bowl

Right after a typical adrenalized set by Sick Of It All, the crowd needed a breather, and we needed a cold beer. As soon as we arrived at the bar, we ran into Freddy Cricien (Madball and Black N Blue Productions), and bought him a beer in token of our appreciation for everything he has done for New York Hardcore culture. Next thing you know, Agnostic Front raged onto the stage and demolished Webster Hall. The power provided by Roger Miret, Vinnie Stigma and the rest of the boys, is addicting and not for the weak-hearted. For their new song "A Mi Manera", which is part of their brand new album titled "My Life, My Way", Freddy Madball sang in Spanish with his step-brother Roger.
If anybody needs prove of why Agnostic Front is the most legendary NYHC band in history, all it takes is to see them perform any of their Hardcore anthems to 2,000 CRAZY fans and see how those fans react.

"On behalf of Agnostic Front and myself I want to thank everyone that came out to our show at the BNB Bowl! We had a great time in NYC!!!! NYHC killed it!!!! Also, a fantastic time and show at Punk Rock Bowling in Vegas alongside with our mate's Cock Sparrer!!!! Those where 2 great warm up shows for us! Europe here we come! Tour starts on June 25th! Cheers!" - Roger Miret

Agnostic Front: "My Life, My Way" with Mike Gallo

With the release of their new album "My Life, My Way", Agnostic Front have proven again that they are untouchable and have plenty of fuel left in their musical arsenal. The record delivers the bands signature sound with more of a Punk Rock feel then their previous albums. This actually happened very organically, and the band didn't go against it. Produced by Freddy Madball and engineered by Erik Rutan from Hate Eternal, the vibe of the album reminds of their legendary album "Victim In Pain".

Track listing:
1) City Street
2) More Than a Memory
3) Us Against the World
4) My Life My Way
5) That’s Life
6) Self Pride
7) Until the Day I Die
8) Now and Forever
9) The Sacrifice
10 A Mi Manera
11) Your Worst Enemy
12) Empty Dreams
13) Time Has Come
The band is currently gearing up for a global takeover that will keep them busy for the next few years. They will also be part of the upcoming Black N Blue in New York City, which will take place on Saturday May 28, 2011. We recently had the chance to chat with Agnostic Front bassist Mike Gallo about the new album, their immediate future, and the state of the music industry. Here is what went down.

MADBALL: R.A.H.C.

New York Hardcore titans Madball, will be releasing a new record on October 12th. The new record is titled Empire and it will be out through Good Fight Records here in the USA and on Nuclear Blast Records in Europe. Make sure you pick it up!
Here is the first song to be released by the band via theirMySpace page, its titled R.A.H.C. The songs message is very clear and is dedicated to all those who claim that Hardcore music is dead and gone. The reality is that Hardcore is a musical genre that has expanded beyond the horizon and today it is a worldwide movement, thanks to bands like Madball. Check this awesome song out!
Here is what Freddy and Hoya had to say about Empire:
“Erik has been great to work with,” states Cricien. “He’s definitely a perfectionist, which I have no problem with. It’s going to benefit us in the end! He’s got his own techniques like everyone does, so he’s going to bring a different dynamic into the sound/mix. I’m excited for people to hear the finish product. I predict it will be very HARD!” - Freddy Cricien
"The new record is groovy and hard, full of good Madball songs about life! It reminds me of Demonstrating My Style and Hold It Down, but the songs are definitely up to date.
We can't wait for people to hear it." - Hoya Roc

MADBALL: Empire

Fast forward to 2010 and Madball is one of the hardest working bands in the music industry. Even when they are not on tour all over the world, the Madball crew is working on pushing the Hardcore scene to new levels. Freddy is one of the main guys behind Black N Blue Productions (the Hardcore production company). Recently, they hosted the Black N Blue Bowl (formerly the Superbowl of Hardcore) to a sold out audience at Webster Hall in New York City. Madball performed that night and they took over the stage full of fire and conviction!

At that time we spoke with both Freddy and Madball about the future of the band, and both of them mentioned how excited they were of the songs they were writing for the new record. They recently completed the tracking process at Mana Recording studio in St. Petersburg Florida studio with Producer Erik Rutan (Cannibal Corpse, Misery Index and Goatwhore) and are very happy with the results.

The new record is titled Empire and it will be out this October on Good Fight Records here in the USA and on Nuclear Blast Records in Europe. Make sure you pick it up!
Here is what Freddy and Hoya had to say about it:
“Erik has been great to work with,” states Cricien. “He’s definitely a perfectionist, which I have no problem with. It’s going to benefit us in the end! He’s got his own techniques like everyone does, so he’s going to bring a different dynamic into the sound/mix. I’m excited for people to hear the finish product.
