Finnish epic Metallers WINTERSUN have released a lyric video for the track "Time". The song comes off their NEW album 'Time I', which was released recently via Nuclear Blast. Watch the video here:
WINTERSUN recently scanned 3,870 copies of their NEW album 'Time I' in its first week of sales in the United States according to Nielsen SoundScan. The album debuted at No. 109 on the US Billboard Top 200 chart, making it their highest first week sales yet! Time I was released on October 22, 2012 in North America via Nuclear Blast.
Don't forget that WINTERSUN will co-headline a North American tour this Winter with Swiss new wave of folk Metal pioneers ELUVEITIE! The trek will commemorate ELUVEITIE’s 10th anniversary as well as serve as WINTERSUN’s introduction to North American shores. This momentous event will also include the German pagan Metal band VARG.

ELUVEITIE To Perform 'Helvetios' Album In Its Entirety During North American Tour!
"We cannot wait to be back in North America in support of our two latest releases, for the first time headlining with material from our recent concept album! To celebrate this occasion, we have decided to treat our North American fans to a very special show. One that we in fact have only performed once before. Besides a selection of our all-time hits, we will be playing the full album Helvetios from beginning to end, live on stage, every night!"

As previously reported, ELUVEITIE has announced that they have parted ways with guitarist Simeon Koch after eight years.
Commented the band in a collective statement: "Sime was thinking about this since quite a long time already and finally decided to take this step. He will set about some new goals in his life — both vocational and familial — which will make it impossible for him to play in a touring band.
"We'd like to make you aware of two special shows: Sime will share the stage with us as special guest on the 20th of September in the Kofmehl (Solothurn, CH) and on the 29th of December in the Eulachhalle (Eluveitie & Friends festival, Winterthur, CH)! Don't miss it!
"At the same time it's about time to introduce you to the man who will follow in Sime's footsteps! His name is Rafael Salzmann [pictured below] and he will play the upcoming tours with us as a live session guitarist.

ELUVEITIE Part Ways With Guitarist & Announce Replacement - Official Statement Available!
Commented the band in a collective statement: "Sime was thinking about this since quite a long time already and finally decided to take this step. He will set about some new goals in his life — both vocational and familial — which will make it impossible for him to play in a touring band.
"Sime was part of ELUVEITIE for right years now, part of our little, crazy family — and we will dearly miss him. But at the same time we're thankful for the awesome time we spent together. We wish him and his family all the best for his personal and vocational future!
"We'd like to make you aware of two special shows: Sime will share the stage with us as special guest on the 20th of September in the Kofmehl (Solothurn, CH) and on the 29th of December in the Eulachhalle (Eluveitie & Friends festival, Winterthur, CH)! Don't miss it!
"At the same time it's about time to introduce you to the man who will follow in Sime's footsteps! His name is Rafael Salzmann [pictured above right] and he will play the upcoming tours with us as a live session guitarist.
"Rafael is a gifted musician and very skilled guitar player and he also already has been working together with Anna in the Soundfarm Studios. Now we're looking forward a lot to rock the stages together with him!
"On a related note, Päde [Kistler, flutes] will have to take a short leave for personal reasons as well and will rejoin our tour with SABATON in the beginning of October. In the meantime, there's still seven of us left to kick some ass all over Europe!"
Added Simeon Koch: "A couple of months ago, I informed my bandmates that I'll leave ELUVEITIE in September 2012 for familial reasons. It was a very tough call, it was difficult to make this decision — in a way the band is part of the family too, after all. I will dearly miss ELUVEITIE. But, fortunately, the world (or rather Switzerland) is small: I will still play the upcoming shows in Solothurn's Kofmehl and the Eluveitie & Friends festival with full commitment! I wish the band all the best and accident-free upcoming tours!"

CHILDREN OF BODOM Celebrate 15th Anniversary At The Starland Ballroom In Slayerville, NJ!
Finland's proudest Heavy Metal export, Children Of Bodom, have been dominating the Heavy Metal scene since their inception in 1993. For 15 years, the band has been constantly reinventing their musical craft while maintaining their aspirations intact. The band recently celebrated their 15th anniversary via a North American tour with Eluveitie, Revocation, and Threat Signal.

Eluveitie will unleash its fourth studio album in the midst of the North American portion of the band’s “Helvetios World Tour". Children Of Bodom Announce North American Tour In Celebration Of Their 15th Anniversary!
There is no doubt that Finland's proudest Heavy Metal export is Children Of Bodom! Why? Well, not only has the band been hard at work since their inception in 1993, but they have constantly reinvented their musical craft while keeping their aspirations intact. It has just been announced that the band will be embarking on a North American headlining tour in early 2012, in celebration of their 15th anniversary.
Presented by ESP in association with Full Metal Jackie, this not to be missed tour kicks off on January 30, 2012 in Rochester, New York and runs through March 4th, hitting 26 cities over the course of the five-week trek. Joining the Fins' on tour will be the Swiss folk Metal band Eluveiti, Boston extreme metal act Revocation and Canada's Threat Signal.

Fresh out of the studio with our new self-titled release, we are very anxious to get on the road to shred some new music. We'll be playing songs from all three records, however we'll be focusing more on new material.
